Crossfit Session 5, 11-9-09, 11-12-09



Crossfit - 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1, overhead squat, kettlebell rotation, db side twist. Tougher than tabata™ (21 second work-9 second rest) jump rope. outside lopsided farmers walk(50lb bucket)
